Theoretically this card can only bring card disadvantage (discard two cards plus the Careful Study itself to draw two cards), but with Madness this "disadvantage" never felt so good

This also brings up a weird, but nice limitation of being able to cast this only during a very limited time, but you can draw quite a few cards, if you are just ready to discard many of them and lose some life
