If you pay the mana, a second "reflexive" ability triggers
Once transformed, you can utilize his -3 ability to cast instants or sorceries from your graveyard, essentially drawing from a well of past spells
Unfortunately, Garlands transformation effect isnt very applicable, but it is a great flavor win
It's still a bit much to get multiple Commander decks per release, especially when the number isn't consistent (some sets have 2, some have 4-5)
