however, it's Commander where Spider-Punk seems especially poised to disrupt the status quo

[c]City of Brass[/c], [c]Mana Confluence[/c], [c]Exotic Orchard[/c], [c]Forbidden Orchard[/c], and [c]Gemstone Caverns[/c]: are all functionally similar to [c]Command Tower[/c], only they come with slight downsides and restrictions

And yet, in this case too the best card has hardly anything to do with the mechanic itself
