They are more flexible than Treasure Cruise, are awesome in Simic Ramp with Cultivate stuff from Green or Izzet Spellslinger with Treasure makers for things like Guttersnipe or Dimir with Coffers and Urborg or with mono-Blue Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx

Blue doesnt rely on creatures the same way other colors do, so this card can do a lot of work with a bit of careful deckbuilding
