I intentionally made it cheap so that it could be used over and over again in a single turn, but I personally think it's a little overpowered

There are two excellent shrine commanders that compete with one another but ultimately see play in the same decks: Go-Shintai of Life's Origin and Hei Bai, Forest Guardian
