Your value stuff is what helps you against control but this is pretty weak to counter magic
Many burn spells target either an opponent or one of their permanents
Its easy for a dedicated deck to enable it, and flash shenanigans even let you get card draw on your opponents turns
They dont have to go all in and let the opponent start the game even if a die roll was won
I think the little caveat that it must attack eack turn is a funny drawback, but one that does not really diminish the power of DRC
