Wick does too, but rather than buffing your army of Rats like so many other Rat commanders, Wick makes a Snail and then gives it more and more +1/+1 counters as more Rats enter the battlefield
Some of them have expensive abilities that would suck to lose
You don't however need to go down the tribal route, any sort of token or weenie deck with any sort of sac outlet will empower Sharpshooter plenty
