In-game, it's a legendary enchantment that slurps up enemy creatures, and when they're all gone, shoots one out on your side with extra +1/+1 counters

This card is typically much stronger than a 2/1 or even a 3/2, and its nice to have it in play when your plan revolves around counterspells or removal spells
