The synergies here just feel really good and in honesty, the commanders could be interchangeable in this kind of deck

Now worth only half that price and seemingly going even lower, this card is just yet another example of how Prismatic Evolutions was over-hyped and too big for its own britches, as many cards share the exact same story as this one

It provides more rigidity and protection than even the best card saver

Sadly, though, the cards strange runic text caused ruling snafus, and so it was officially banned

So so far, if I were to rate just Chimchar and Monferno, I would give them a 2 out of 5 rating
